Web accessibility refers to the practice of making pages on the Internet accessible to all users, especially those with disabilities.
Accessibility comes built in to sites I make, as I use compliant code in web pages which is well-structured and semantic meaning that it follows the current accessibilty standards set by the W3C.org's Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
